Shipping & Delivery Policy
We will need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your order via our delivery service partners.
After your parcel is picked up by our delivery service partner, the time taken for your parcel to reach you depends on the mode of delivery you chose. The tracking information will be available in your order. Please ensure that your mailing address is correct as we will not be responsible for lost parcel for this reason. Please refer to the table below for more information. All shipping methods are door-to-door delivery. The delivery person do not call in advance before delivery. If you need to have specific date and time on the delivery, please choose “Scheduled Delivery” shipping method.
Cart order with preorder item
Ready goods will be shipped out together when the preorder goods arrived.
To ship out ready goods first – additional shipping fees of $5 or alternately collect from our office.
How much does shipping cost and how long is delivery time?
Standard courier (J&T) – within 3-4 days – $3.99 (Usual $5.50) (Free delivery above $50)
Next day delivery (Cut off time – before 12pm) (Qxpress) – $5.99 (Free delivery above $150)
All orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for next day delivery will be processed on Monday, and you will be receiving it on the next day, Tuesday.
Cash on Delivery – $5.99 (Free delivery above $150)
Same day courier (Cut off time – before 5pm) (Grab delivery) – $15.00
Delivery to Sentosa and Jurong Island will need to pay an extra surcharge of $15. We will contact to you directly for you to make payment or change address.
Qxpress – Estimated shipping time is 5-10 calendar days from the date of delivery, depending on destination and customs clearance. Tracking link will be provided. – Flat Rate $10.
DHL Standard Packet Plus – Fix price SGD25 regardless of the total weight. The average delivering receiving from 14-30 working days.
Taxes, Duties & Tariffs
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. We would like to highlight that BeautyMaker Singapore does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we’re on your side and will help in any way we can.
Office Hours are from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, excluding Public Holidays.
During Promotion Periods
During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfill your order within the delivery time frame due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues. However please trust us that we are really doing our best to ship out your parcel ASAP!
