Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • Purchase had to be within 14 days from date of received / delivered
  • All items must be in their original packaging
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
  • Wrong item received
  • Product defect (Please provide photo(s) or short video clip. We will conduct internal investigation)
  • Order no or proof of purchase
  • All items would need to be purchased originally from Singapore

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

For returns, please email us at with your order number and information on the affected item. Returned items must meet the requirements above. Refund is only applicable if item is out of stock.


1. What do I do if I had an allergic reactions?
We specially curate the products we carry. The ingredients of the product are listed on the page to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients. Different skin types and skin conditions may react differently to our products and brands. It is always best to know and understand how your skin reacts to different products and ingredients. If you experienced an allergic reaction, please send a detailed description of what occurred along with the pictures to We will communicate this to the brand and help find an appropriate solution. Please note that issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt of item. In certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reactions.


2. What happens if I am unhappy with the product I purchase or I changed my mind?
We do not accept return of items if you have made an incorrect purchase or you changed your mind after receiving the items. Please review your cart before completing the order.


3. How to return?

However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or a wrong shipment, BeautyMaker Official Singapore will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavour to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of BeautyMaker Official Singapore.

No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.

4.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.

4.2 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

4.3 Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore

4.4 All decisions made by BeautyMaker Singapore is final.
