Order FAQ

1. How do I order on BeautyMaker?

We will show you a quick and simple guide of steps from register till make payment.

  1. Register an account (Quick registration available via Facebook)
  2. Add to cart of the desire item(s)
  3. Check out the shopping cart or continue shopping (Click "My Bag" once ready to checkout")
  4. Check the desired item quantity or verify the information
  5. Click “Checkout now” for your shopping cart
  6. Fill up billing and shipping information
  7. Choose your desire shipping service
  8. Apply the coupon or gift card code or use your BM reward points (if any)
  9. Choose the payment method
  10. Continue to next step to make the payment
  11. Receive the order ID
  12. Receive email of notification of the order status or you may check in your account "Order History".


*Please take note if you register your account using Facebook, you have to edit the email address to a valid email address to receive email from BeautyMaker Singapore as the default is Facebook email address during registration. You will not receive any order update, promotional if it's not changed. You may edit in your account "Edit Account" (https://www.beautymaker.com.sg/user/account/edit).


2. How do I check my order status?

Please click on "Order History" from your account. You should also receive an email sent to your registered email on the order invoice, delivery status and information.
