2. How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us at customer.care@yuyucollection.com.sg or click here. However once order is on delivery, we are unable to cancel the order. You may return to us for refund or exchange. Please check our exchange & return policy.

 

3. How long do we refund your order?

We will refund your order within 7 working days including the evaluation of the return item(s). 

  • For bank transfer payment, please provide us your bank account information for us to proceed the refund.
  • For credit and debit cards, the refund will be reflected in your credit card statements. Please note that the period of refund and reflect to your credit card statements will depends on the bank.
